Indoor Air Quality

Breathe cleaner air inside your house than outside.

Whole-home air filtration, UV purification, and humidity control for OC homes. Made for wildfire smoke, pollen, and pets.

About indoor air quality

Indoor air quality systems sit inside your HVAC ductwork and clean every cubic foot of air as it cycles through. The result: 99.97% of airborne particles removed, including wildfire smoke, pollen, mold spores, viruses, and pet dander. If you have allergies, asthma, or a kid who comes home wheezing during fire season — this is the upgrade that actually moves the needle.

When to call us

Signs you need indoor air quality

If any of these sound like your situation, give us a call or text. Many of these are quick fixes if caught early.

  • Wildfire smoke makes its way inside every fire season
  • Family members have allergies or asthma
  • Visible dust on furniture within days of cleaning
  • Persistent odors (cooking, pets, mildew)
  • Mold growth in bathrooms or basement
  • Recent home renovation (VOCs, dust)
  • Newborn or elderly family member at home

How it works

Our process, step by step

  1. Free indoor air assessment

We test your current air quality (PM 2.5, VOCs, humidity, mold spores) and review your specific concerns.

  2. Recommend a system

We tell you what'll actually move the needle for YOUR situation — not a one-size-fits-all package.

  3. Install in 2–4 hours

Most systems integrate directly into your existing ductwork. No new wall units, no visible equipment.

  4. Show you the readings

Before and after particle counts. You see the actual improvement, not just trust us.

Common questions

FAQ

Will this help with wildfire smoke?
Yes, dramatically. A whole-home MERV 13+ filter cuts smoke particle count by 80–95% during fire season. UV adds another layer for VOCs in the smoke.
What about portable HEPA units?
Good in one room. A whole-home system cleans every breath of air in the house every 2–3 hours. Different category of clean.
How often do I replace the filter?
Whole-home media filters last 12–18 months — way longer than 1" filters at the air handler. We remind you when it's due.
